A little help for your next cozy project. Here are the answers to common questions about Andy the Plushie patterns and printable packaging.

What am I buying?

Our crochet patterns and packaging resources are digital products. You are buying files or template access as described on the product page. No physical plushie, yarn, tools or printed packaging will be shipped.

What will I receive?

Check the "What you will receive" section of the product listing. A pattern includes the listed crochet PDF. Selected bundles also include printable tags, backing cards or an editable Canva template. Packaging and Canva access are included only when expressly listed.

How do I receive my files?

Use an email address you can access at checkout and follow the delivery instructions in the product listing and your order emails. Keep your order confirmation. If a download link is missing or will not open, check your spam folder, then email andyotrading@gmail.com with your order number and checkout email so we can help.

Do I need a customer account?

You can check out without creating a store account. Keep your order email so you can find your purchase details and contact us about your files.

Are the patterns suitable for beginners?

Difficulty varies by design. Read the skill level, techniques and materials listed for each pattern before buying. The finished size can change with your yarn, hook size and tension.

What do I need to open or print a PDF?

You need a device with a PDF reader. For printable packaging, follow the file's paper size and print settings, and print a test page before making a full batch. Yarn, tools, paper and printing services are not included.

How do editable Canva templates work?

If a Canva template is included, use the access link supplied with that product and follow its instructions. You will need a Canva account. Editable elements and any Canva plan requirements depend on the listing; check these before purchasing. Canva's own terms apply to its platform and assets.

Can I sell plushies I make from your patterns?

Yes! You may sell finished plushies that you crochet yourself from our patterns. Please use your own product photos and do not present yourself as Andy the Plushie. Designer credit is appreciated. The pattern file itself is not licensed for resale, sharing, redistribution or publication.

Can I use the packaging for my handmade business?

When packaging is included in your purchase, you may print it for packaging your own handmade products and edit the elements identified as editable. You may not resell or give away the digital files, template access links or standalone packaging designs.

Can I share or translate a pattern?

Please do not upload, resell, distribute or publicly publish our patterns, instructions, photos or translations without written permission. You may keep a backup and print a working copy for your own use. Share a link to the product page instead of sharing the files.

What if I ordered the wrong item or have a file problem?

Email us with your order number and a description of the issue. For unreadable, missing or incorrect files, include a screenshot if useful, but never send payment passwords or full card details. We will review cancellation, refund and file support requests in line with the circumstances and applicable consumer rights. See our Terms and Conditions.

Which payment methods and currency can I use?

The available payment methods, currency, taxes and final total are shown at checkout. Your payment provider may apply its own conversion rate or fees.
