These terms apply to your use of andytheplushie.com and purchases from Andy the Plushie ("we", "us" or "our"). Please read them together with the relevant product description and our Privacy Policy. Contact us at andyotrading@gmail.com if you need clarification before ordering.

1. Our digital products

We offer crochet pattern PDFs and selected digital resources for handmade makers, including printable tags, backing cards and editable Canva templates. These are digital products. No physical product will be shipped. The product description identifies the files, format, language, skill level and any additional access requirements included in a purchase. A product photo may show a finished item as an example; it does not mean that item is included.

2. Orders, prices and payment

Please check the product details and provide accurate contact and billing information. The currency, available payment methods, any applicable taxes and total price are displayed at checkout. Payment providers may charge their own currency conversion or transaction fees. Prices may change for future purchases; changes do not alter an already accepted order. If an error affects your order or we cannot supply it, we will contact you to arrange an appropriate solution, including a refund where required.

3. Digital delivery and access

Digital delivery follows the instructions provided in the product listing and order communications after payment is confirmed. You are responsible for providing an accessible email address and a compatible device or software. Keep a personal backup of the files you receive. If files are missing, incorrect or inaccessible, email us with your order number and checkout email. We do not promise unlimited future hosting, new versions or additional files unless the listing expressly includes them.

4. Pattern licence and finished items

Your purchase gives you a non-exclusive licence to use the purchased pattern to make crochet items. You may sell finished plushies that you crochet yourself from our patterns. Use your own photos when marketing your finished items. Credit to Andy the Plushie as the pattern designer is appreciated. You remain responsible for the quality, suitability, labelling and safety of any finished items you make or sell.

Copyright in our original patterns, wording, photographs and designs remains with Andy the Plushie or the relevant rights holder. You may save a backup and print a working copy for your own use. You may not resell, share, upload, sublicense, distribute or publicly publish the files, instructions, photographs or translations, in whole or in part, without written permission. Buying a pattern does not transfer copyright or permission to use our brand as your own.

5. Printable packaging and Canva templates

If included in your purchase, printable tags and backing cards may be printed for packaging your own handmade products. You may customise only the elements identified as editable. The digital files, standalone designs and Canva access links may not be resold, shared or distributed. Canva accounts, platform availability, asset licences and any paid features are governed by Canva's own terms. Review the product listing for account and plan requirements before purchase.

6. Cancellations, refunds and problems

Digital files cannot be physically returned. If you bought an item by mistake, paid twice, received the wrong file or cannot use a file because it is faulty, contact us promptly at andyotrading@gmail.com. We will review the circumstances and work with you on the appropriate remedy, which may include correcting or replacing a file or issuing a refund where applicable. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights, including any cancellation or remedies for digital content that apply in your location. Any legally required consent to immediate digital supply must be obtained separately; merely reading these terms does not waive those rights.

7. Website use and third-party services

Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its security, misuse other people's information or infringe intellectual property rights. Links to third-party services, including Canva and social platforms, take you to services with their own terms and privacy practices. Pattern results can vary with materials, tension and technique; examples are not guarantees of a particular finished size or sales income.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Our Cookie Policy explains cookies and available choices. Marketing email subscriptions can be withdrawn using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email.

9. Updates and contact
